EXPERIENCE OF HEALTH PROFESSIONALS ON CARING FOR CHILDREN DURING EARTHQUAKE; KAHRAMANMARAŞ EARTHQUAKE

Aim: The aim of this study is to determine the feelings, thoughts and experiences of health professionals involved in the treatment, care and management of the earthquake-affected child after the Kahramanmaraş earthquake.
Methods: The data of the research, which is designed as a qualitative research, will be collected with a qualitative interview form consisting of two parts. Health professionals, including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and physiotherapists, who are involved in the treatment and care of the child affected by the disaster after the Kahramanmaraş earthquake will be included in the study. Sample selection will continue until data saturation is achieved. Interviews will be digitally recorded and transcribed verbatim. Interview texts converted into text will be analyzed according to qualitative content analysis. According to the content analysis, themes and sub-themes will be created in line with the common opinions of the researchers. Participants will be coded according to demographic data and these codes will be used in writing the research findings.
Results: The data collection process continues.
Conclusion: Findings and conclusion will be presented in a detailed congress.
SAĞLIK PROFESYONELLERİNİN DEPREMZEDE ÇOCUĞA BAKIM VERME DENEYİMİ; KAHRAMANMARAŞ DEPREMİ

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı Kahramanmaraş depremi sonrası depremzede çocuğun tedavi, bakım ve yönetiminde görev alan sağlık profesyonellerinin duygu, düşünce ve deneyimlerinin belirlenmesidir.
Yöntem: Nitel araştırma olarak tasarlanan araştırmanın verileri iki bölümden oluşan nitel görüşme formu ile toplanacaktır. Çalışmaya Kahramanmaraş depremi sonrası afetten etkilenen çocuğun tedavi ve bakımında görev alan doktor, hemşire, fizik tedavi doktoru ve fizyoterapistleri kapsayan sağlık profesyonelleri dahil edilecektir. Veri doygunluğu sağlanana kadar örneklem seçimine devam edilecektir. Görüşmeler dijital olarak kaydedilecek ve kelimesi kelimesine yazıya dökülecektir. Metne dönüştürülen görüşme metinleri, nitel içerik analizine göre analiz edilecektir. İçerik analizine göre kodlamalardan araştırmacıların ortak görüşleri doğrultusunda tema ve alt temalar oluşturulacaktır. Katılımcılar demografik verilere göre kodlanarak araştırma bulgularının yazımında bu kodlamalar kullanılacaktır.
Bulgular: Verileri toplanma süreci devam etmektedir.
Sonuç: Bulgular ve sonuç detaylı olarak kongrede sunulacaktır.
